WHO WE ARE

 

My Paper World is provided by Signal Space Inc. (Signal Space Lab). For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact info@signalspacelab.com.

 

GAMEPLAY AND CAMERA

 

The game does not require a player account. Game progress and settings are stored on your device. Camera access is used for augmented reality and recognizing printed origami targets. You can revoke camera permission in your device settings; AR features will then be unavailable.

 

PURCHASES

 

Apple processes in-app purchases. The app uses purchase and transaction information to unlock and restore paid content. Do not send us your Apple password or payment-card details. Apple handles purchase-related data under its own privacy policy.

 

THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY

 

The game uses Unity and Vuforia Engine. Unity Analytics, Unity Ads and Unity cloud crash reporting are disabled in this version.

 

Vuforia Engine communicates technical statistics to PTC, including device information, engine version and licence checks, application information and engine lifecycle events. CHILDREN AND SUPPORT

 

Parents or guardians should handle purchases and support requests. Please do not include personal information about children, camera images, passwords or payment details in support messages.

 

If you contact support, we use your email address and the information you provide only to respond to and resolve your request. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing info@signalspacelab.com.

 

YOUR CHOICES

 

You can revoke camera access through device settings and use the game's Reset Progress option to reset gameplay progress. Resetting progress does not cancel or refund an Apple purchase. For questions about information held in support correspondence, contact us at the email above.

 

WEBSITE

 

The support and download pages are hosted on the Signal Space Lab website using Wix. Visiting those pages is separate from playing the game and is subject to the website's privacy and cookie notices.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the game or our practices. The latest version and its update date will be available on this page.
